Junior gym

For those aged 11 to 16 years.

Juniors have use of the gym facilities at Mill House Lesiure Centre.

Junior Circuit Training

For those aged 11 to 15 years only.

This fun fitness circuit aims to build muscular strength and endurance gradually using either the body`s own resistance or light weights.
