Overview

Running is one of the most popular forms of exercise, offering a wide range of health benefits - whether you prefer the treadmill indoors or the fresh air outdoors.

Our Participation Team provides opportunities for runners of all ages and abilities to join weekly running groups led by qualified coaches. It’s a great way to stay motivated and meet like-minded people.

Park Run

A free, fun, and friendly weekly 5k community event. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate - it's up to you!

  • When: Saturdays at 9am 
  • Where: The Cliff, Seaton Carew, Hartlepool

Junior Park Run

2K run for children aged 4 to 14 years

  • When: Sundays at 9am
  • Where: There are many local locations for junior parkruns - Find out more on their website.
     
Cost

Nothing - it's free to join Parkrun! but please register before you first come along.

Only ever register with parkrun once and don't forget to bring a scannable copy of your barcode. If you forget it, you won't get a time.
