Overview

A fast, high-energy core workout designed to strengthen and tone your abs, obliques, and lower back. Expect focused circuits, powerful movements, and a serious core burn—all in just 30 minutes. Perfect for all fitness levels.

Classes can be booked on the Active Hartlepool App or website. and in person at one of the facilities. Members can book 8 days in advance and non- members can book 3 days in advance, and must be paid for when booking.
