Stay active, steady and strong with seated or standing options, Low Level & Chairobics is perfect for every ability. Gentle, supportive, and set to your favourite music.

Classes can be booked on the Active Hartlepool App and website, or in-person at one of the facilities. Members can book 8 days in advance and non-members can book 3 days in advance, and must be paid for when booking.
