Overview

Yoga is a calm, guided session that focuses on gentle movement, stretching, and mindful breathing to help improve flexibility, balance, and overall wellbeing. It’s suitable for all abilities and offers a relaxing space to unwind, reset, and move your body at a comfortable pace..

Classes can be booked on the Active Hartlepool App or website, and in-person at one of the facilities. Members can book 8 days in advance and non-members can book 3 days in advance, and must be paid for when booking.
