Overview

Low Level/Rehabilitation class, light weight exercises and relaxation for anyone who has long term conditions, cardiac and cancer, prevention and reduction of high blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes and weight, also get back into ffitness after injury.

Classes can be booked on the Active Hartlepool App or website, and in-person at one of the facilities. Members can book 8 days in advance and non-members can book 3 days in advance, and must be paid for when booking.
