Overview

Step up, tone up and feel the burn A flexible interval workout using steps to combine cardio with strength training. Go at your own pace – whether you want low impact or high energy, this class is for you.

Classes can be booked on the Active Hartlepool App or websiye and in-person at one of the facilities. Members can book 8 days in advance and non-members can book 3 days in advance, and must be paid for when booking.
