Overview

Bootcamp is a fast‑paced, full‑body workout that combines strength, cardio, and functional exercises to help you build fitness and feel stronger. Led in a motivating indoor environment, it’s designed for all abilities, letting you challenge yourself at your own pace while keeping the vibe supportive and energising.

Classes can be booked on the Active Hartlepool App and website or in-person at one of the facilities. Members can book 8 days in advance and non-members can book 3 days in advance, and must be paid for when booking.
