Overview

Improve movement, balance and flexibility Our Mobility Flow class uses bodyweight and mat-based exercises to keep you moving with ease. Perfect for keeping mobile, reducing stiffness and feeling great.

Classes can be booked on the Active Hartlepool App or website and in-person at one of the facilities. Members can book 8 days in advance and non-members can book 3 days in advance and must be paid for when booking.
