Overview

A power based cycling class using interval training principles. Work at your own intensity whilst following the class structure. Bring a drink and towel!

 

Classes can be booked on the Active Hartlepool App or website and in-person at one of the facilities, Members can book 8 days in advance and non-members can book 3 days in advance, and must be paid for when booking.
