Circuit Training is a full‑body workout where you move through a series of timed stations, keeping your heart rate up while building strength and stamina. It’s simple, varied, and suitable for all fitness levels, perfect for anyone who wants an effective session without complicated choreography.
Classes can be booked on the Active Hartlepool App or website and in-person at one of the facilities. Members can book 8 days in advance and non-members can book 3 days in advance, and must be paid for when booking.
