Legs, Bums and Tums is a low‑impact, muscle‑toning workout focusing on strengthening your lower body and core. Using simple, targeted exercises, this class helps build strength, improve stability, and shape key areas for everyday fitness.
Classes can be booked on the Active Hartlepool App or websiteand in-person at one of the facilities. Members can book 8 days in advance and non-members can book 3 days in advance, and must be paid for when booking.
