Why an induction is required
To keep everyone safe and confident in our fitness suites, a gym induction is mandatory for all users. Without completing an induction, access to the gym will not be granted. This rule applies to everyone, with no exceptions.
During your induction, our qualified instructors will:
- Show you how to use equipment safely
- Explain proper technique and gym etiquette
- Answer any questions about your fitness goals

Good to know: If you choose a monthly membership, your induction fee is waived.

Junior Gym
Children from 11 years of age are able to use our gym facilities. They must be accompanied by an adult until they are 13 years old.
