Customer feedback
"Good Boost is like having a tailor-made physiotherapist just for me. There are exercises for both in and out of the pool, and when you're in the pool, you can use the deep or shallow end. The exercises include cardio strength and balance; each can be programmed for your needs using the app (which is easy to use). I am fitter today than I have been for a long time; my arthritis is easing off since using Good Boost. Good Boost has also helped me gain nearly complete recovery after shoulder surgery which now does not hurt as much.
So many people would benefit from Good Boost, from those in need of basic fitness exercises to those who, like me, are recovering from an operation or suffering from arthritis.
I am waiting to see a muscular skeletal therapist concerning my knee, an ongoing issue. However, when I see the physiotherapist, I will tell them about the recovery of my shoulder since using Good Boost."
