Body Tone

Junior Circuit Training

  • Friday 4:00pm to 4:30pm (Brierton Sports Centre)

Circuit Training

Booking your Get Fit for Free activity is quick and easy!

  1. Visit our online booking system.
  2. Choose your venue and select “Get Fit for Free” under the activity filter.
  3. Pick your preferred date and time.
  4. Browse the results and find the perfect class for you!
