Fiit Mums Bootcamp

Welcome to FiitMums – the best way to get back in shape after your new arrival. 

 

Enjoy exercise while you bond with your baby, toddler or pre-schooler. Whatever your postnatal stage we have an exercise that will suit your needs, instructed by experts in the field of postnatal exercise.

 

Start your fitness journey with a bunch of likeminded mams by your side,

they will get you through those tough times of getting back into a routine

and onto those new levels of fitness.

Aqua Natal

Keep fit, feel better and make new friends at Aqua natal – dedicated aqua-fitness classes designed especially for pregnant women and new mums returning to exercise following the birth of your baby.

 

Pregnancy Aqua is safe, fun and relaxing, it will help to prepare your body for childbirth, whilst boosting your wellbeing and alleviating stress. The beauty of exercising in the water is that it’ll support your bump, and you’ll have less muscle soreness afterwards and less risk of injury.

Postnatal Aqua combines strengthening and stretching exercises and relaxation techniques, providing a full body workout. Aqua natal utilises exercise in water to take the pressure off your limbs, providing welcome relief from the weight of pregnancy! Postnatally the water cushions your joints so you can exercise safely and comfortably.

We welcome all mams to be, from 12 weeks of pregnancy and new mums from 6 weeks postnatally (C Section 10 weeks).

Beachbumps Walks

The beachbump walk is led by a midwife, and is tailored to pre and post-natal ladies, it is a 45 minute low impact, low intensity friendly stroll with other mams.

It’s a great opportunity to get advice, support and information from a registered midwife, whilst sharing your experiences with other mams.
