Fiit Mums Bootcamp

Welcome to FiitMums – the best way to get back in shape after your new arrival. 


Enjoy exercise while you bond with your baby, toddler or pre-schooler. Whatever your postnatal stage we have an exercise that will suit your needs, instructed by experts in the field of postnatal exercise.


Start your fitness journey with a bunch of likeminded mams by your side,

they will get you through those tough times of getting back into a routine

and onto those new levels of fitness.

Important things to consider when returning to exercise after pregnancy: Do not resume

exercise until you’ve received clearance from your doctor or midwife to do so.

Mam and Baby Pilates: Come along Mondays Brierton Sports Centre 9:30am

baby is welcome (non-movers).




Postnatal Pilates can help to repair and rebuild the muscles that have been weakened or damaged.

Pilates specifically assists in the improvement of some common issues post-pregnancy, such as

Diastasis, Pelvic floor instability, and hormone imbalances effects on joint stabilisation.


Buggy Boot Camp: Come along Tuesdays Brierton Sports Centre 9:30am




We currently offer a buggy fitness class, we understand first-hand how difficult it can be to find the time

to exercise after having a baby let alone then having to find childcare on top. Come along and join other

mams get back into their active journey, feeling happier and healthier with an optional stay and chat

with a cuppa after the session.


Mam and Baby Yoga: Wednesday 9:30am Rossmere Family Hub





Mam and Baby yoga is a great way to ease yourself back into exercising as a new mother, while bonding with your baby.


Relax, strengthen your muscles and have fun with your baby. Mother and Baby yoga classes are a great way to get back into exercising. Gentle yoga moves are designed for you while your baby is next to you, so you can bond while getting fitter.

Follow the exercise at your pace in the pool, on our waterproof tablet computers.
